Submission Of Application Form
All filled in application forms can be submitted by the candidates along with the photocopies of the relevant certificates at any PUSJV Learning Center in person. The candidate should bring the relevant original certificate for verification along with the prescribed fees. After verification of all the required details the application will be forwarded to the University for issue of students Enrolment Number and confirmation of admission.
Students will be issued Identity Card by the University after their admission. Students are instructed to keep their Identity Cards safely till the completion of the program and must bring their Identity Cards at the time of Examinations.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
Communication will be sent to the address given by the students in the Application form. If there is any change in their address, it should be intimated to the PUSJV Learning Center immediately
with the necessary fee for it.
CHANGE OF NAME:
Those who wish to change their names in the records at the time of admission or during the program of study must apply for the same with the original Gazette Notification. Those who wish to change their names after the completion of the program should apply to the University after getting their names changed in the records of the University / Board / Institution at which they passed the qualifying examination. In both the cases necessary fee is applicable.
